I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience in counseling individuals, couples and families. I use a variety of techniques that are tailored to meet the needs of my clients with a special emphasis in cognitive behavioral therapy or “CBT”. Areas of specialty include treating couples with relationship issues and substance abuse disorders. I also work with women with self esteem/self worth issues, codependency and narcissistic personality disorder. I work with patients to aid in healing unconscious limiting thoughts and beliefs, as well as unresolved trauma.
